Your Children – Our Culture!

Explore Elowyn’s award winning early learning programs where children are supported to innovate, create and explore the world around them.

Elowyn, a not-for-profit organization guided by a board comprising of professionals in early learning, Indigenous representatives, advocates and community experts. Our mission is to support families in the Central Okanagan and beyond by providing high-quality early learning, and care while fostering community connections through our committed and diverse teams.

We have cultivated a culture of advocacy in recognition of Early Learning Teachers, tirelessly advocated for increased governmental funding for both families and Teachers and raised the bar for quality improvements across our sector so the Children get the best experience. Our Teachers span multiple countries, are engaged, passionate and highly qualified. Many of our Educators hold additional qualifications in Education, Nutrition, Special Needs, Physical Education and Sign Language to name a few. Early learning and intervention screening are also provided through ASQ trained Teachers Click here. Our programs work closely with Interior Health to ensure we are achieving our target of operating above and beyond the minimum required by BC Child Care Licensing Regulations and offer access to speech pathology through our partnership with Pathways Pediatrics.
