Amanda Worms decision to support parents and particularly teen mothers, began in 2002, when she became a young mother at the age of 17. Faced with the struggles of not only being a single parent but also being a teen mother, Amanda sought community, and support through a teen mom program. Her attendance transformed her life as she met a lifelong mentor and many other teen mothers who shared her experience. Amanda was not alone. She had found community. Since then, Amanda has pursued her desire to open a non-profit offering early education and family services intended to strengthen communities. Amanda is a seasoned early education business operator with a human resource background and a champion for early childhood educators.
